Plan switching belongs in the portal.
The customer view will show the current plan, price, renewal date, usage and what changes before anything is confirmed.
- Upgrades activate only after billing confirms payment
- Downgrades are normally scheduled for the next renewal
- Data stays retained when a paid feature becomes read-only
- Every plan and add-on change is recorded in an audit history

Pricing without the small-print ambush.
Do you take commission on my direct bookings?
The proposed model does not charge marketplace commission on customers who book through your own link, website, social profile or existing customer base. Payment-processing costs remain separate.
Are the prices final?
No. They are credible launch examples to help test the packaging. Costs, VAT treatment, provider charges and final terms need commercial approval before subscriptions open.
Can I change plan later?
That is the intended portal workflow. Upgrades require confirmed billing, while downgrades normally take effect at renewal. A browser dropdown will never be allowed to bypass payment or security controls.
Can I bring data from another system?
Yes, through an assessed migration process. PopUsIn will support exports and structured imports, but compatibility is confirmed against the exact source system and export format before a promise is made.
What happens to my data if I leave?
The product direction includes portable customer, booking and business exports. Retention, deletion and legal obligations will be documented in the final terms and privacy materials.
